🚖 Service Description
FlashCab is a cab and taxi service provider that connects customers with drivers for local, airport, corporate, and outstation travel within Mumbai and nearby areas.
📞 Booking & Confirmation
Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or website enquiry.
Booking confirmation is subject to vehicle availability.
FlashCab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unavoidable circumstances.
💰 Pricing & Payments
Fare estimates are shared before or at the time of booking.
Final fare may vary depending on traffic, route changes, waiting time, or additional requests.
Payments are to be made directly as agreed (cash / UPI / online transfer if applicable).
❌ Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be informed as early as possible.
Last-minute cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
No-show cases may be charged as per service norms.
⏰ Punctuality & Delays
FlashCab and drivers try their best to maintain punctuality.
Delays caused due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen situations are not the responsibility of FlashCab.
👤 User Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
Providing correct pickup and drop details
Maintaining proper behavior with drivers
Taking care of personal belongings
FlashCab is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
🚘 Driver & Vehicle
Drivers are independent service providers.
Vehicle details are shared before the trip where possible.
FlashCab is not liable for disputes between customer and driver beyond reasonable assistanc
🚫 Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Misuse the service
Provide false information
Engage in illegal or unsafe activities during the ride
🔒 Limitation of Liability
FlashCab shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays or service interruptions beyond control
Personal loss, injury, or damage during travel
